- Where do you deliver?
- All over Lebanon — flat $5, usually 1–3 business days.
- How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery. You pay the driver when your order arrives — nothing is charged online.
- Are your products original?
- Yes. Everything is sourced through official channels and arrives sealed. If anything looks wrong, send us a photo and we will fix it.
- Can you order something you don't list?
- Often, yes. Send us the product on WhatsApp and we will tell you the price and how long it takes.
- What about returns?
- Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 7 days. Message us first so we can arrange it.
