Cash on delivery
You pay the driver in cash. Nothing is charged online.
Delivery
We deliver all over Lebanon for a flat $5. Once your order reaches our WhatsApp we confirm availability and shades with you, then dispatch — normally within 1–3 business days. Remote areas can take a day longer, and we will always tell you in advance if that is the case.
Please give the driver a number that is reachable. If nobody answers on the day, we hold the order and try again the next working day.
Payment
Cash on delivery, in US dollars, paid to the driver when your order arrives. There is no online payment step — the checkout on this site simply sends your order to our WhatsApp so we can confirm it.
Returns
Unopened items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp 81 481 433 first and we will arrange the pickup or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup, skincare and fragrance cannot be returned — unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, in which case send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Wrong or damaged item
It happens rarely, but if it does: photograph the item as you received it and send it to us on WhatsApp the same day. We sort it out — no arguments, no restocking fees.
